VINEGAR USES FOR FLOORS, WALLS & FURNITURE

Floors:  sponge mop with 1 cup of white vinegar in a bucket of warm water.  Also removes dull residue left by most commercial toxic cleaners.

Carpets:  light stains are extracted by using a mix of 2 Tbsps. salt and 1/2 cup white vinegar, rub paste into carpet and allow to dry before vacuuming.

Furniture:  remove cloudy look and brighten by rubbing with mixture of 1 Tbsp. vinegar in quart warm water, then buff with soft cloth.  Remove white rings/scratches from wood tables with mix of 50/50 vinegar and olive oil or use only olive oil.

Vinyl surfaces:  wipe down with 2 Tbsps. liquid soap and 1/2 cup vinegar, then water rinse and dry.

Toys:  Clean and disinfect with a light spray of vinegar (50/50 vinegar-water solution) and brush or wipe clean.

Air Freshener:  mask kitchen odors by simmering a pot of water with 1/2 cup white vinegar.

Windows(also shower doors):  spray 50/50 vinegar-water mix, then wipe clean with squeegee.  (Great for eyeglasses.)

VINEGAR USES FOR OUTSIDE

Ants:  spray equal parts vinegar and water on areas where ant invasions start and surrounding areas.  (Chili powder and salt also work.)  Vinegar works as a non-toxic pesticide.  If you do get an ant bite immediately make paste of meat tenderizer and a little water, apply.  This mixture also works on wasps or bee stings.

Car & Car Windows:  Keep frost-free with coating solution of 50/50 white vinegar to water. Also, dissolve old decals and chewing gum with straight white vinegar.

Paint Brushes:  soften by soaking in boiling white vinegar; also, remember that vinegar absorbs paint odors!

Fresh-Cut Flowers:  to preserve add 2 tsps. white vinegar to quart warm water in vase, renew water every 2-3- days.

Unwanted Grass & Weeds:  pour on straight vinegar.

My most favorite use for apple cider vinegar (Bragg raw, organic unfiltered - with the "mother") is 1 tsp. in 1 8 oz glass of choice of juice in the morning to curb appetite.  Also doing this is known to keep viruses and colds away.

LOTS OF USES FOR VINEGAR!!!!
